Description
As a Capability Architect, you will serve as the technical authority driving architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale Revenue Management implementations. You'll collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to design solutions integrating CRM Sales Performance Management systems, while also shaping go-to-market strategy and contributing to thought leadership.
Requirements
- Solution leader for enterprise-scale Sales Planning Spiff implementations
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce Sales Planning with Databricks/Snowflake
- Experience integrating Spiff with CRM, DataWarehouse, or ERP for Incentive Compensation
- Ability to mentor technical teams on SPM best practices
- Proven ability to drive thought leadership and support sales efforts
Responsibilities
- Drive architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale Revenue Management implementations
- Whiteboard Revenue Management solutions and guide technical teams
- Lead Proof of Concept initiatives
- Serve as escalation point for technical decisions
- Support sales pursuits and contribute to go-to-market strategy
