Description

As a Capability Architect, you will serve as the technical authority driving architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale Revenue Management implementations. You'll collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to design solutions integrating CRM Sales Performance Management systems, while also shaping go-to-market strategy and contributing to thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Solution leader for enterprise-scale Sales Planning Spiff implementations
  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce Sales Planning with Databricks/Snowflake
  • Experience integrating Spiff with CRM, DataWarehouse, or ERP for Incentive Compensation
  • Ability to mentor technical teams on SPM best practices
  • Proven ability to drive thought leadership and support sales efforts

Responsibilities

  • Drive architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale Revenue Management implementations
  • Whiteboard Revenue Management solutions and guide technical teams
  • Lead Proof of Concept initiatives
  • Serve as escalation point for technical decisions
  • Support sales pursuits and contribute to go-to-market strategy
