You'll be the face of our brand and the go-to expert for customers at a premium cannabis dispensary, helping them explore products and find the right fit. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, informative experience while building trust and showcasing what makes Curaleaf special.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
• Keep store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Meet daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in sales with KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and order fulfillment.
• Previous experience in a regulated retail setting.
