🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and deploy the AI Center of Excellence to drive employee adoption
• Lead training and knowledge transfer events to speed AI adoption
• Administer and coordinate the bank's AI program portfolio
• Monitor AI lifecycle activities from design to retirement

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or model governance
• 1 year of experience leading a program
• 6 years of overall professional experience
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment

• Familiarity with AI governance and ethical AI principles
• Knowledge of banking regulatory expectations for model risk management
• Experience with program tracking tools like Jira or Smartsheet
