💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the Lead G&A Recruiter and CFO leadership to source and recruit top talent for accounting, finance, and real estate roles at a fast-growing cloud security company. You'll manage the full-cycle recruiting process and help scale teams across the business. This role is fully in-office in San Mateo, CA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with executive team for hiring collaboration.
• Source and recruit passive candidates using multiple platforms.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process and maintain strong pipelines.
• Track candidate communications in ATS.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2-5 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience
• Ability to influence using collaboration
• Manage multiple competing priorities in fast-paced environment

• Agency or RPO recruiting experience
• Experience hiring in accounting, finance, or real estate
