Description
You will drive new business and expand accounts in the healthcare software space, using consultative selling to engage payer and provider clients. You'll manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to closing—while maintaining pipeline discipline in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3-5 years progressive sales or business development experience in healthcare/health tech/payer/provider space
- Demonstrated success managing a territory with measurable revenue outcomes
- Proven consultative selling track record with cross-functional influence
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, translating technical/clinical concepts into business value
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned territory and book of business to achieve measurable revenue outcomes
- Conduct consultative, solution-based selling: discovery, value propositions, influencing cross-functional decision-makers
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene (Salesforce preferred)
- Drive full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, closing
- Conduct strategic value-based discussions with C-suite leaders on complex sales opportunities
