You'll support Technical Account Managers in ensuring customer success with Varicent's SaaS solutions. Your work will directly impact client retention and value realization through proactive monitoring and configuration. You'll build expertise in Sales Performance Management and SQL-based data manipulation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor health and performance of Varicent solutions across VIP customers.
• Assist in coaching users on Varicent functionality and best practices.
• Configure Varicent solutions based on documented customer requirements.
• Prepare monthly performance, utilization, and support metric summaries.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation.
• Experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases.
• Strong SQL data manipulation skills.
• Basic knowledge of system configurations and data models.

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of Sales Performance Management domain.
• Hands-on experience with Varicent software products.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
