💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategic vision for HHAeXchange's GTM systems infrastructure, designing automation that drives pipeline velocity and revenue growth. You'll shape how signals flow across the stack and build AI-powered workflows to eliminate manual effort in acquisition and expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design how funnel data flows across the GTM stack
• Maintain automation architecture connecting HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.
• Embed AI agents and LLM-powered automation across the GTM stack
• Operationalize behavioral signals into automated routing and lifecycle activation

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years building and scaling GTM systems in B2B
• Proven record of designing automation that influenced pipeline or revenue
• Experience owning cross-functional execution between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
• Hands-on expertise with modern GTM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.)

• Background in SaaS or complex go-to-market environments
• Experience with intent data platforms like 6sense or Bombora
• Knowledge of AI-native tools for GTM execution
