Requirements
- 3+ years field sales or retail leadership experience, preferably in prestige beauty or haircare
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading in-store training
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze reports
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools
