You'll build strong retailer relationships, implement localized strategies, and lead freelance teams to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years field sales or retail leadership experience, preferably in prestige beauty or haircare
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading in-store training
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze reports
