As an Operations Associate, you will drive profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management, maintaining visual standards, and supporting key operational functions to achieve optimal results for the store team.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with management
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Support stockroom standards and processes for safe and efficient operation
