๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the monthly and quarterly valuation process for private market investments at a global private markets investment manager. Your core impact is developing and reviewing valuation models like DCF and comparable company analysis. This role offers the chance to influence valuation policies and work closely with investment teams and external auditors.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead monthly and quarterly valuation process for private market investments
- Develop and review valuation models (DCF, comparable company/transaction analysis, etc.)
- Prepare valuation memos for internal committees and external stakeholders
- Partner with investment teams to understand portfolio company performance
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5โ10 years of relevant experience at Big 4 or valuation advisory firm
- Strong experience valuing private market assets (private equity, venture capital, private credit)
- Deep understanding of valuation methodologies and financial modeling

- MBA and/or CFA
- Experience supporting audit processes and working with external auditors
