Description

In this role, you'll oversee daily operations in a vehicle reconditioning center, managing a team of up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. You'll ensure quality, production, and cost objectives are met while developing your team through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to walk up to 3 miles daily and lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Inspection Center
• Mentor and hold direct reports accountable through coaching and performance management
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, and procedures
• Maintain adequate production capacity and assist with production planning
• Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
