Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute large-user migrations end-to-end
• Run Hubble/SQL queries and build dashboards to track metrics
• Configure internal system queues and set routing rules
• Review KYC/KYB documents and make verification decisions
• Communicate with account teams, vendor managers, and users
