You'll drive growth for a national Veterinary Insurance Program by managing key relationships with large practice groups. Your core impact will be securing new business and delivering tailored insurance solutions for multi-location practices. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify and secure new national veterinary practice accounts through prospecting and networking.
  • Lead presentations, proposals, and RFP responses for complex, multi-location accounts.
  • Maintain pipeline and achieve growth objectives in line with program goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
  • Serve as senior point of contact for key accounts, building trust and long-term relationships.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in commercial insurance sales or production.
  • Proven track record writing complex, multi-state accounts.
  • Deep understanding of Property & Casualty lines and risk management.
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license.

  • Professional designations (e.g., CPCU, CIC).
  • Experience in veterinary or private equity sectors.
