You'll drive growth for a national Veterinary Insurance Program by managing key relationships with large practice groups. Your core impact will be securing new business and delivering tailored insurance solutions for multi-location practices. This role offers remote flexibility and a chance to shape the veterinary sector strategy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and secure new national veterinary practice accounts through prospecting and networking.
- Lead presentations, proposals, and RFP responses for complex, multi-location accounts.
- Maintain pipeline and achieve growth objectives in line with program goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
- Serve as senior point of contact for key accounts, building trust and long-term relationships.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years experience in commercial insurance sales or production.
- Proven track record writing complex, multi-state accounts.
- Deep understanding of Property & Casualty lines and risk management.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.

- Professional designations (e.g., CPCU, CIC).
- Experience in veterinary or private equity sectors.
