🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist negotiation of NDAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements
• Oversee commercial tickets and ensure accurate metadata capture
• Manage and optimize CLM and Salesforce integration
• Develop reports for contract tracking and pipeline visibility

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years with CLM and CRM systems
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience with system integrations
• Located in North America
