Description

You will be the technical leader for SoFi's Digital Identity platform, which powers identity, authorization, and entitlements across all products. You'll define the technical strategy, architect solutions for complex problems like multi-person access patterns and cross-organizational platform convergence, and build engineering processes for reliable Tier-0 infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping distributed systems at scale
• Proven technical leadership with accountability
• Deep understanding of event-driven systems, eventual consistency, and data integrity

• Define and execute the technical strategy for Digital Identity platforms
• Design authorization architecture for multi-person access and compliance
• Lead cross-organization platform convergence
• Ensure operational excellence with automated integrity checks and self-healing
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards
