You'll build and automate GTM workflows using AI agents and no-code tools on Airtable's platform. Your work will directly enable the go-to-market team to scale without proportional headcount growth. You'll stay at the frontier of AI-native GTM tooling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Automate GTM processes using AI agents and no-code tools
• Build event-driven automation across GTM stack
• Connect and maintain data flows between core systems
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in GTM engineering or related domain
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model and integrations
• Experience connecting systems via APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Databricks or data warehouses
• Familiarity with Hightouch or Fivetran
• Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript
