💼 About This Role

You'll lead a small team to ensure efficient transportation, warehousing, and 3PL operations across NAM for a global technology company. You'll drive KPI tracking and process improvements to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance. This role requires traveling 1 week a month to Chicago.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of 3 direct reports
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and reverse logistics across NAM
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and vendors
• Monitor KPIs and provide performance updates

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years experience in a logistics role using 3PL warehouses
• Knowledge of Logistics & Transport providers across North America
• Proven experience in KPI creation and management with 3PLs
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
