🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive 100% activation metrics within first four weeks of every account.
• Architect and build the AI-augmented onboarding motion from scratch.
• Bridge the gap between Sales and CSMs for zero friction and expansion.
• Manage a high-velocity pipeline of 10-100 seat projects.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in management consulting or high-growth SaaS implementation.
• Proven ability to integrate AI into daily workflows.
• Experience managing multiple high-velocity projects simultaneously.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot, Gong, or Incident.io.
• Background in customer success or onboarding.
