💼 About This Role

You'll direct security monitoring and incident response for a veteran-owned cybersecurity firm, serving as the primary incident commander during high-pressure incidents. You'll ensure SOC activities align with federal compliance objectives and drive continuous operational improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee SOC operations and coordinate task area activities
• Serve as primary incident commander for cybersecurity incidents
• Manage project schedules, risk registers, and mitigation strategies
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely operational deliverables

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
• 7–10 years of SOC operations and incident response experience
• Experience as an incident response commander
• Top Secret/SCI Clearance (Final)

• Experience applying MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GCIA, etc.)
