💼 About This Role

You'll work with VaynerMedia Account teams to deliver regular reporting on social brand performance across platforms like Meta, Twitter, and Instagram. You'll dive into analytics to understand brand performance and creatively apply statistical methods for sales lift and audience measurement. You'll also collaborate on campaign strategies and client-facing reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Deliver regular reporting on social brand performance across platforms.
  • Analyze social platform analytics (native and third-party) to identify trends.
  • Apply statistical methods to measure sales lift and content performance.
  • Collaborate with Media Planners on campaign strategies and optimizations.

📋 Requirements

  • Advanced skills in Excel including pivot tables, V-Look Ups, and macros.
  • Comfort with analytics and measurement systems like Google Analytics or MOAT (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in agency/start-up/social space with statistical and data analysis (big plus).
  • Commitment to a full-time hybrid schedule (3-4 days on-site in NYC).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with attribution tools (MOAT/IAS/Double Verify).
  • Experience with Nielsen/Millward Brown/Oracle Measurement.
