Description

In this role, you'll lead frontline execution and enablement for Klaviyo's global messaging compliance program, directly managing Compliance Specialists while ensuring consistent, high-quality enforcement across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS. You'll drive operational improvements and partner with analysts to scale processes.

Requirements

• Experienced people manager (4+ years) with passion for coaching
• Strong operational thinker with experience improving workflows and systems
• Comfortable guiding teams through ambiguous enforcement decisions
• Excellent communication skills
• Technically curious, familiar with AI/BPO workflows and messaging platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Compliance Specialists
• Oversee day-to-day enforcement workflows, SLA adherence, and quality assurance
• Serve as first escalation point for high-risk enforcement cases
• Drive improvements to SOPs, playbooks, and operational processes
• Partner with Compliance Operations Analysts to identify gaps and propose improvements
