🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver blended learning curriculum for all sales functions
• Conduct assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps
• Define and track KPIs for training effectiveness
• Create e-learning modules, videos, workshops, and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in sales training or enablement
• Deep understanding of B2B sales cycle and core sales skills
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, and Highspot
• Experience designing blended learning programs

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience as AE, SDR, or Account Manager
• Training on formal sales methodology like MEDDPICC
