💼 About This Role

You'll solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions as part of the Manufacturing Engineering group at Penumbra. You'll provide robust manufacturing technology to commercialize new products and improve production processes. Role involves cross-functional collaboration and root cause analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute detailed root cause analysis and recommend vetted solutions
• Manage NCRs, deviations, and engineering change orders using QMS
• Lead supplier level projects, monitoring timelines and milestones
• Design fixtures and implement new fixturing on the production line

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years relevant engineering experience
• Experience troubleshooting electromechanical devices
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

✨ Nice to Have

• Medical device industry experience
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and Lean/Flow Manufacturing
