You'll own the configuration management and change control processes for a cutting-edge business jet program at Otto Aerospace. Your work will ensure integrity and traceability of configuration data across the product lifecycle, enabling scalable operations and disciplined decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own configuration management system integrity across product lifecycle
• Operate and improve end-to-end change management and CCB process
• Define and enforce standardized program processes across teams
• Drive compliance and implement corrective actions for process gaps

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in configuration management, engineering operations, or program management
• 2+ years in a formal or informal leadership role
• Experience operating change control boards in complex development environments
• Experience with PLM and workflow tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Extensive experience with Jira
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera/P6, or Jama
