Description

As a Tech 3, you will perform highly skilled repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on construction machinery and power generation equipment, including engines, power trains, and hydraulic systems. Working with little supervision, you'll ensure equipment operates reliably for customers in industries like agriculture, construction, and marine.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with clean record
PC skills
Own hand tools suitable for the work
At least 5 years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

Repair, recondition, and adjust engines and components (water pumps, fuel pumps, turbochargers, etc.)
Diagnose engine issues (power loss, starting problems, overheating, oil consumption)
Repair and adjust power train components (torque converters, transmissions, clutches, brakes, final drives)
Repair and adjust hydraulic systems (cylinders, pumps, valves)
Perform diagnostic tests on hydraulic systems and power trains
