Description

You will deploy and support Anduril's products globally, working with engineering teams to iteratively improve systems. Tackle complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured environments while guiding users and communicating with internal and customer teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in problem-solving at the interface of hardware, software, and networking
• Strong aptitude for debugging and diagnosing faults in complex systems
• Network+ and Linux+ or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated understanding of flight operations, aircraft systems, and sensors
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the year and obtain Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Support military defense projects with technical operations and field maintenance
• Tackle complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured situations
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams
• Support development and implementation of operational and logistical plans
• Conduct incident response root-cause analyses and implement preventive measures
