In this hybrid role based in New York, you will guide haircare products from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory, packaging, and marketing to ensure timely delivery and market success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of product development experience in haircare with successful product launches
• Understanding of haircare formulations, ingredients, and manufacturing processes
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee product development from concept to launch with internal teams and external partners
• Lead cross-functional alignment on product goals and challenges
• Translate marketing briefs into products with chemists, considering formula, color, texture, and packaging
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using tools like Asana and Google Workspace
• Drive innovation by researching emerging trends, ingredients, and technologies
