💼 About This Role

You'll lead stator assembly operations from early production through full-rate scale, ensuring safe, high-quality manufacturing execution. You'll translate engineering intent into disciplined production processes while developing your team and driving continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead stator assembly operations across all phases of ramp
• Drive performance against Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets
• Conduct daily go-see-act walks to monitor build progress and issues
• Assign work and manage build priorities to align with production schedules

📋 Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience with electromechanical assembly of stators, rotors, electric motors, or generators
• Experience with torque applications, epoxy processes, winding, ESD practices, and electrical/mechanical testing
• Background in pilot or low-volume build environments where processes are developed

• MBA with relevant manufacturing or operations experience
• Experience scaling operations from prototype to production
• Experience in aerospace, automotive EV, or high-reliability electromechanical manufacturing
