You will provide personalized mental health care to clients with complex needs, focusing on connection and collaboration to drive better outcomes. Your work includes facilitating group and individual sessions, supported by an administrative team that handles scheduling and logistics.

Requirements

• Independent or junior license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Louisiana
• Experience with complex mental health conditions
• Comfortable with virtual care delivery
• Ability to manage a caseload of motivated clients
• Willingness to participate in licensure supervision if junior-licensed

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups
