💼 About This Role

You'll drive the design, build, and deployment of AI-powered experiences across Material Bank's platform. You will take ideas from concept to production, building intelligent systems for search, discovery, and creative workflows. This role blends cutting-edge AI with high standards of quality and usability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered product experiences.
• Architect and implement scalable AI systems using LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval systems.
• Build production-grade multi-agent workflows with LangGraph, LangChain, or Mastra.
• Develop and optimize RAG systems including vector search and relevance tuning.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building production software with full-stack engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG architectures, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Strong engineering fundamentals in backend systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and Python/TypeScript.
• Experience with multimodal models and image-based AI workflows at scale.
