💼 About This Role

You'll lead cybersecurity incident response and manage security operations for a real estate and infrastructure firm. Your role ensures the organization's readiness to prevent, detect, and recover from cyber threats while partnering with engineering, compliance, and product teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor security alerts and escalate incidents per procedures
• Lead incident response and coordinate recovery efforts
• Conduct penetration testing and implement countermeasures
• Perform user access reviews and support compliance audits

📋 Requirements

• 8 years of cybersecurity analyst/management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• CISSP or CISM certification strongly preferred
• Understanding of SOC 2, SOX, NIST, and GDPR

✨ Nice to Have

• Formal training in GRC
• Experience with Proofpoint, MS Defender, or Mimecast
• Experience with Rapid7 or Qualys
