Description

You will work alongside the sales team as a technical and domain expert, helping customers understand the value of Okta's identity platform. You'll deliver product demonstrations, answer technical questions, plan proof of concepts, and provide feedback to product management.

Requirements

• 5+ years pre-sales engineering experience selling SaaS products
• Passion for customer service in a customer-facing role
• Ability to quickly communicate complex technical ideas
• Experience with network security protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, LDAP)
• Hands-on experience in web, mobile, or backend development
