💼 About This Role

You'll oversee major facility and infrastructure projects at a Naval Support Facility. You'll manage pre-award planning, construction execution, and final turnover. This role offers the chance to work on critical federal projects in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-award constructability and contract document reviews
• Provide on-site construction management for safety, quality, and compliance
• Manage submittal, RFI, quality, testing, and change management processes
• Lead project close-out and turnover including inspections and punch lists

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in construction management and leadership
• Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and federal construction processes
• Experience with vertical new construction, building renovation, and civil infrastructure
