Description

You will lead a high-growth team focused on acquiring new customers for Boomi's integration and automation platform. You'll drive aggressive pipeline generation, coach the team on MEDDPICC, and collaborate cross-functionally to win new logos.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant sales experience
  • 5+ years of people leadership managing high-growth acquisition teams
  • Proven track record of meeting net-new revenue quotas in SaaS
  • Deep expertise in MEDDPICC and value-based selling
  • Ability to forecast new business bookings in SFDC, Gong and Clari

Responsibilities

  • Lead the hunter organization focused on net-new customer acquisition
  • Strategic prospecting with Marketing, Enablement and Sales Development
  • Drive execution to achieve monthly and quarterly new business bookings
  • Coach performance using MEDDPICC
  • Collaborate with Channel and Alliance teams for partner-led opportunities
