Description
You will lead a high-growth team focused on acquiring new customers for Boomi's integration and automation platform. You'll drive aggressive pipeline generation, coach the team on MEDDPICC, and collaborate cross-functionally to win new logos.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant sales experience
- 5+ years of people leadership managing high-growth acquisition teams
- Proven track record of meeting net-new revenue quotas in SaaS
- Deep expertise in MEDDPICC and value-based selling
- Ability to forecast new business bookings in SFDC, Gong and Clari
Responsibilities
- Lead the hunter organization focused on net-new customer acquisition
- Strategic prospecting with Marketing, Enablement and Sales Development
- Drive execution to achieve monthly and quarterly new business bookings
- Coach performance using MEDDPICC
- Collaborate with Channel and Alliance teams for partner-led opportunities
