Description

You will lead corporate development at Ripple, driving M&A and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth in the crypto ecosystem. This includes sourcing opportunities, executing deals, and collaborating across teams to shape Ripple's strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance
• Proven track record in strategic outbound networking and building external relationships
• Experience managing multiple complex deals from inception to completion
• Background in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams
• Mastery of financial modeling including three-statement analysis and valuation

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic market intelligence on crypto ecosystem categories
• Lead cross-functional engagement with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams
• Perform competitive analysis to inform business strategy
• Lead end-to-end M&A and investment execution
• Drive due diligence and integration in partnership with Finance, Legal, Tax, and People teams
