Your core impact will be hiring, coaching, and developing a team of Account Executives to hit aggressive growth targets. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Own team's pipeline, forecast, and quota attainment
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations
- Drive strategic deal cycles and help reps navigate complex sales
๐ Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience managing sales teams in SaaS or tech
- Demonstrated success leading quota-carrying reps and exceeding targets
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry
- Proven ability to hire, onboard, and scale a team in a growth-stage company
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience launching a new team within a growth-stage organization
- Prior success in a player-coach role
- Familiarity with the Insurtech ecosystem
