  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Own team's pipeline, forecast, and quota attainment
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations
  • Drive strategic deal cycles and help reps navigate complex sales

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience managing sales teams in SaaS or tech
  • Demonstrated success leading quota-carrying reps and exceeding targets
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Proven ability to hire, onboard, and scale a team in a growth-stage company
