Description

As a Lead Solutions Architect at Cohere Health, you will design and oversee complex technical solutions for health plan clients, bridging business requirements and technical implementation. You'll partner with forward deployed engineers to gather requirements, support pre-sales, and guide implementation through go-live, with a focus on Medicaid markets and prior authorization workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years as solutions architect, business analyst, or product manager in software serving health plans
• 5+ years with health plan customers in Medicaid markets, including UM experience
• Success in designing technology solutions focused on prior authorization workflows and healthcare interoperability
• Clear and precise writing skills to create shared understanding
• Ability to communicate with varied stakeholders and adjust message to audience

Responsibilities

• Design client solutions and guide clients to enable Cohere's products
• Lead internal conversations to support new functionality and ensure product managers understand requirements
• Partner with project manager to plan and resource required work
• Maintain internal documentation on solution scope, milestones, and key resources
• Translate customer expectations into clear, well-documented business, functional, and technical requirements
