You'll oversee engineering teams, establish best practices, and define the product roadmap to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of engineering leadership/product management experience
• Led team responsible for large-scale eCommerce business over hundred millions USD
• Hands-on engineering leadership with system architecture and code review skills
• Experience building team from scratch and promoting best practices
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class e-commerce and omnichannel experience
• Oversee all in-house and third-party software systems
• Liaise with business units to capture system requirements and resolve technical blockages
• Establish and enforce best engineering practices for code quality, scaling, reliability, and security
• Build, mentor, and lead a top-performing engineering team
