Description

You will review and validate Private Fund documents, correct machine extraction errors, and ensure timely data availability within SLAs. You'll collaborate with product, ML ops, clients, and data providers to improve operational workflows and support Addepar's new Alternatives offering.

Requirements

• 2-10+ years of experience in financial investment/advisory industry
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, middle/back-office operations, and Alternatives funds data
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical skills in Excel, Google Suite, Jira/Confluence, Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot processing exceptions in Private Fund statements (Capital Calls, Distributions, Capital Account Statements)
• Correct data incorrectly extracted by machine learning models
• Partner with ML Ops to identify and relabel documents for model retraining
• Engage clients, GPs, or Fund Admins for statement data inquiries and issues
• Onboard new clients to establish ownership structure of Private Fund positions
