You'll own organic social, email marketing, and SEO for a growing software consultancy. Your work will directly build Bluelight's marketing team from scratch and drive measurable growth. This remote role offers the chance to shape a startup marketing function with strong support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute organic social media calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram
• Set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns and workflows
• Support on-page SEO including metadata and keyword tracking
• Coordinate content production with freelance writer and UX/UI designer

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth role
• Proven experience managing organic social channels
• Solid understanding of email marketing segmentation and automation
• Analytical mindset reading dashboards and making data-informed decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub)
• Familiarity with paid media concepts
