💼 About This Role

You'll lead special education services and ensure compliance with IEP regulations at a DREAM Charter School in the South Bronx. You'll oversee a caseload, coach teachers, and integrate student support services to drive academic growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of special education students and implement IEP/504 plans.
• Facilitate IEP meetings with DOE using a strengths-based approach.
• Coach teachers on special education best practices and IEP goal progress monitoring.
• Coordinate RTI teams and monitor implementation of academic interventions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of teaching experience in ICT or special education setting.
• New York State certification in Special Education (preferred but required if not held).
• Experience in coaching, people leadership, and leading professional development.

• Master's degree in Special Education.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
