Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or similar quantitative field
• Proven experience with large datasets and strong understanding of statistical models
• Hands-on experience with the full data lifecycle: obtain, transform, analyze, and visualize data
• Passion for storytelling with data and ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Proactive, curious, and ambitious mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Source and prepare data from various systems via API connections, ensuring data quality and integrity
• Clean, transform, and model large datasets for analysis, identifying key variables and relationships
• Apply statistical models to uncover trends and patterns in complex operational data
• Develop clear reports and data visualizations using tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders
