💼 About This Role

You'll prepare three balanced meals daily for a residential program at Amity Foundation, a therapeutic community serving marginalized populations. Your work directly supports student vocational training in food service within a prison program setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and prepare three meals daily using monthly rotation menu.
• Assist ordering and storing food per CDPH and LA County standards.
• Train students in cooking, food prep, and kitchen hygiene.
• Maintain kitchen and dining room sanitation and safety.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1 year related culinary experience or training.
• Current state driver's license.
• ServeSafe Certification.
