🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day PCRC operations and ensure timely follow-up on accounts
• Analyze dispute data and identify trends for process improvements
• Drive automation initiatives to optimize manual workflows
• Prepare regular reports on performance, aging, and risk areas

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business operations in a global organization
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong people-management skills
• Solid understanding of payment operations, banking/credit processes, and accounting

• Experience in travel, fintech, e-commerce, or high-velocity receivables
