Description

You will deliver consulting projects for internal and external customers, acting as a technical lead for solution implementations and providing best practices on new products. You'll work closely with Project Management and Product teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience managing technology implementations using software tools
• 1+ years MSP experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and courteous attitude
