You'll own the post-sale customer experience for EquipmentShare's T3 platform, driving adoption and retention. You'll act as a strategic partner to ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes through structured engagement and value-based conversations. This role offers the chance to shape the customer journey at a fast-growing tech company transforming construction.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own a book of business and serve as primary post-sale contact
  • Build and execute Customer Success Plans aligned to goals
  • Drive adoption through structured engagement and business reviews
  • Monitor customer health to proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve experience

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Strong ability to manage a portfolio and drive proactive engagement
  • Experience working cross-functionally to solve customer problems
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate usage into action

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, telematics, construction, or fleet management
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/CS platforms
  • Experience building or improving CS processes or playbooks
