You'll own the post-sale customer experience for EquipmentShare's T3 platform, driving adoption and retention. You'll act as a strategic partner to ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes through structured engagement and value-based conversations. This role offers the chance to shape the customer journey at a fast-growing tech company transforming construction.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a book of business and serve as primary post-sale contact
- Build and execute Customer Success Plans aligned to goals
- Drive adoption through structured engagement and business reviews
- Monitor customer health to proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve experience
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Strong ability to manage a portfolio and drive proactive engagement
- Experience working cross-functionally to solve customer problems
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate usage into action
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, telematics, construction, or fleet management
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/CS platforms
- Experience building or improving CS processes or playbooks
