💼 About This Role

You'll embed with customer scientists to validate and drive adoption of Medra's Physical AI platform for life science research. You'll design wet-lab experiments, deploy on-site, and provide scientific oversight. This role offers significant equity ownership and unlimited PTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Understand customer scientific requirements and guide product development
• Design and execute wet-lab experiments to validate Physical AI platform
• Deploy on-site to customer labs for training and support
• Own installation, QC, and troubleshooting of lab instruments

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree + 3 years or PhD in biological sciences
• Track record of top-tier publications or presentations
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in adapting workflows for robotics and automation
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools
• Familiarity with ELN, LIMS or enterprise lab software
