You'll build and manage a pipeline of new customer opportunities for a top-rated B2B SaaS product in the secure business collaboration market. You'll contribute to 30%+ YoY revenue growth by closing deals with C-suite decision-makers in finance and banking. This role offers remote-first flexibility and the chance to be a founding member of the Japan Field Sales team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in Japan.
  • Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition.
  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline with strategic accounts.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close deals.

📋 Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a full 360 closing role in B2B or professional services.
  • Experience in high-velocity sales environments and engaging C-level decision-makers.
  • Track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals.
  • Native-level Japanese and advanced English (B2+) proficiency.
