🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, and resources
• Lead project teams across multiple sites with stakeholder communication
• Monitor project progress against budget, schedule, and key metrics
• Conduct post-project lessons learned and identify improvements

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in life-science
• Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or related
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Experience with Design Control procedures in product development

✨ Nice to Have

• CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification
• Smartsheet experience
• Experience with cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, operations
