Description

You will partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering to drive financial planning and operational alignment. You'll lead financial reviews, advance process improvements, and design reporting tools to enhance visibility into inventory and material cost performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 5+ years FP&A, Accounting, Business Intelligence, or related experience
• Experience in hardware manufacturing with supply chain
• Proficient in Excel
• Financial reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Partner across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering for financial planning and alignment
• Lead financial reviews with senior leadership on cost variances and performance drivers
• Collaborate with Program Finance and Operations to ensure financial accuracy across factory activities
• Advance process improvements in factory finance operations and cost management
• Design reporting tools and dashboards for inventory health and material cost performance
